Component Body Inspection
Using digital microscopes equipped with a 200x magnification lenses, our inspectors look for any surface defects including sanding, black topping, and other remarking techniques used by counterfeiters to alter the appearance of the part. The devices are then measured using digital calipers to inspect the proper size and dimensions as outlined on the manufactures datasheets.
Marking Permanency Test
MIL-STD-883G, component markings are compared to the manufacturer datasheet. If acceptable an erasing compound is applied to the part to check for original OCM markings.
Solderability
Using digital microscopes equipped with a 200x magnification lenses, our inspectors look for oxidation and any other foreign residue that may harm the component or core.

De-capsulation Test
Our Jet Etch de-capsulation equipment allows us to microscopically inspect the substrate of the component, revealing the internal part number and logos supplied by the original component manufacturer. These internal markings are then compared with the external marking for exact authentication. De-capsulation reports and photos are provided with every order.
Documentation/Traceability
All products are digitally photographed and stored in our secure custom-made software.
Vacuum Sealing & Dry packing with Desiccant
All product is vacuumed sealed with moisture barring, and anti-static packaging complete with desiccant.
